We’re finally the middle of the week, awesome Moxie-Dude readers!
And you know, I’ve really come to love this time of day when I get to remind you of how far along we’ve come in the week. I even consider it “our special time” – in a non-sociopathic kind of way, of course.
As I was going through today’s to-do list earlier, it came to my attention that my life is RUN by lists. I blame this on the hamster.
(If this is your first visit, you should know that the hamster takes great pleasure in waking me up – “whenever” – to make lists: To-do lists. To-buy lists. To-remember lists.)
Note to the hamster: Does the word “spontaneous” mean NOTHING to you???
PS. The text above is a conversation between myself and an old friend of mine whom we’ll simply call ‘G’ on account of this post.
PPS. For those of you who know me in real life, there’s just something heartening about hanging out with someone whom you have a history with – it makes you reconsider all the reasons why.
Note from the hamster: You can’t end a sentence like that. “Why” WHAT???
Note to the hamster: Stop psychoanalyzing me. Go make a list or something.
[…] I’d just like to point out that I’m having a few thoughts of my own right now. And they have NOTHING to do with lists. […]
