Good Morning, awesome Moxie-Dude readers!
If you follow the Moxie-Dude Facebook page, you know that on Saturday I had a delicious writing day in front of a woodstove in an old abandoned farmhouse.
I know that summer is almost over and that’s a little sad because flip-flops are about to be retired for the season but we have to look at the bright side. The crisp air opens up all kinds of seasonal opportunities. Like warm fires (yes, exactly like the one pictured above), sesame chicken and butternut squash soup.
(Dear Greg: Thanks for making that fire for me. Now how about that chicken and soup??? PS. I am NOT stalking you with my food request. I’m REMINDING you. There’s a difference.)
And speaking of everything I just mentioned, here’s the kind of nonsense that Greg and I talk about during long road trips to old abandoned farmhouses.
Me: I think you should be more romantic.
Greg: what do you mean? I AM romantic.
Me: Oh. Okay. Then I think you should tell me when you’re being romantic.
Greg says that from now on we should take two cars when we drive somewhere.
Catch you tomorrow, awesome readers. I’m off to work on my book.
Enjoy the day!
LOL Sounds like our road trips. And current state of romance! So glad I discovered your blog on SITS today! It’s wonderful. 🙂
Thanks for your kind words, Crystal. And for taking the time to comment. Much appreciated. I LOVE making new connections 🙂
